About This Condo and Bathroom Renovation in Provo, UT

Located near a beautiful golf course, this Provo condo underwent two-bathroom remodels and received brand new flooring throughout. With high ceilings, huge windows, and a neutral color palette, this condo didn’t need much to really elevate the space. We removed the old carpets, tile, and hardwoods from all of the rooms and replaced them with stunning light hardwoods that tie the spaces together. The bathrooms, and the laundry room renovations replaced the old outdated tile with a stunning large format marble look tile. The guest bath vanity warms up the room and features a frameless shower. In the primary bathroom, high-gloss white marble look tile and the warm hardwoods replaced the old carpet. A free-standing tub and a new frameless shower replace the old corner tub and dated tile. The original cabinets stayed and new quartz countertops were added. In the walk in closet, we took out the old shelving and added a custom closet system that improved the functionality and look of the space. This Provo condo renovation didn’t take down walls and change the layout to get beautiful results. A straightforward cosmetic update to this unit really did make the spaces look and feel new again.
